“OVER" by Tophy Light
The sound of emotional fallout—moody, raw, and edged with quiet anger. It’s not just heartbreak—it’s the cold clarity that comes when the love’s already gone. Sparse beats, smoky vocals, and unfiltered vulnerability come together in a track that feels like a voicemail never sent.
The cover I designed mirrors that collapse. Split in tone and torn in spirit, the layout fuses bold vertical type with shadowy portraiture and fractured textures. The left side leans into cold contrast and typographic weight, while the right side bleeds with reds and oranges—heat, violence, memory. Floral decay and rough overlays hint at romance turned toxic. The grain, the torn sticker, the scrawled warning—it all says: this wasn’t clean. It burned.
Tophy Light’s logo sits dim but defiant—like the last idea still flickering after the lights went out.
